The 10th Latin America and Caribbean Internet Governance Forum offers an opportunity to explore current trends in uses and governance of the Internet. Bringing together government, business and civil society from across the region, it is also a strong stage for libraries to highlight their contribution, from sharing their values to helping people to develop their basic ICT skills or acting as hubs of community networks.
