ICLIM 2016
1st International Conference on Library & Information Management (ICLIM 2016) was held in Faculty of Social Science, University of Kelaniya from 21st -23rd October, 2016. The conference was organized by the Department of Library & Information Science, University of Kelaniya. The event was graced by Prof. PSM Gunaratne, Vice Chairman of UGC and the Vice Chancellor of the university Prof. Sunanda Madduma Bandara. Prof. Egbert de Smet of University of Antwerp, Belgium was the Keynote speaker and invited speeches were delivered by Prof. Pravakar Rath of Mizoram University, India and Prof. R Sevukan, Pondicherry Central University, India. The conference was attended by 135 participants including 28 foreign delegates. Conference proceedings were printed as an abstract volume with 154 papers and full proceeding will be published in December 2016.
