Mrs. Avril Crawford is CEO and Programme Coordinator of e-Learning Jamaica a collaborative innovative project of the Ministry of Education and Youth (MOEY) and the Ministry of Industry, Technology, Energy and Commerce (MITEC). Its aim is to improve education in Jamaica’s high school system through the use of information and communication technologies (ICTs).
