National Libraries Section and the Committee on Copyright and Other Legal Matters: Call for Papers

Following an earlier call for papers, the National Libraries Section and the Committee on Copyright and Other Legal Matters have agreed to collaborate on the theme National libraries promoting open access to knowledge. Proposals for papers received to date do not need to be resubmitted.
